Benny Likumahuwa (born in Kediri, East Java, June 18, 1946, age 64 years) was a senior Indonesian musician. Benny began to recognize the music from his mother. Since youth he studied music and musical notes in a self-taught. Initially he played a bongo, and then replace the instrument with a bass as main instrument. When Benny got interested in jazz music, he changed instruments with Clarinet and saxophone, he also learned to blow the trombone. In 1966 Benny joined Cresendo Band from Bandung.
