Vasileios Tsintzelis (born March 31, 2001), known professionally as Biler, is an independent Greek singer-songwriter, music producer, recording-mixing-mastering engineer. He grew up in a small village in West Greece, called Kato Makrinou. Biler began playing the guitar at the age of 11 and at 14, he began playing the piano.
