Biography: Blunt Matter was formed by two guys living in Nottingham in 2006. The two decided to collaborate on a few mixes and Blunt Matter was created. The duo produced and released several tracks for a small independant label. Blunt Matter's material ventured into the realms of downtempo genres, such as trip-hop, nu-jazz, electro-dub, and illbient. Currently, they are without a label, after lack of enthusiasm from their previous label.
