Boris Savchuk, a virtuoso violinist, is an Israeli artist renowned for playing Klezmer, Yiddish, Chassidic, and Traditional Jewish music rooted in Eastern European culture. Boris was born in 1948 in the Ukraine and began studying music at the age of six. He is classically trained, and plays viola and violin. Boris immigrated with his family to Israel in the Fall of 1990 and now lives near Ashdod.
