That’s The Spirit is the fifth studio album from British rock band Bring Me the Horizon released on September 11th, 2015. It shows a development of the sound introduced on the band's 2013 album Sempiternal, moving away from the metal and deathcore style of their older material and in favor of a less aggressive alternative rock and metal style. In an interview with NME, lead vocalist Oli Sykes said that the album is a loose concept album about life's darker moods, such as depression, and a way of making light of it.
