CHangoMan is the embodiment of Tino Ortega's experiences as a child growing up exposed to cumbia music. His upbringing gave him the knowledge to understand the impact Latin music can have on people of all races a creeds, leading him to develop a music project where he could take his love for this kind of music and fuse it with other types like Rock and Funk to create a sound unlike any other, taking this popular Latin rhythm to a whole new level.
