Calliope of the Future originally started in 2007 in Detroit with Tovio (the spanish castles, the universe will get you back, sneaky and the rat, b, light in august, gürdl) and Jessie Waters (Pirate Law, brotown and the beefcaves) and various others sitting in. Calliope of the Future recently finished a year-long bicycle tour in Europe, with Magpie on glockenspiel, musical saw and pandeiro, and Tim on stand-up bass and guitar.
