"Bags" is the first single from Clairo's album "Immunity", released on August 2, 2019. The song was inspired by her first experiences with a girl. Clairo says her voice was "shitty" because she was sick when recording. She got the idea to write this song after her friend told her to write a song about her after listening to "Motion Sickness" by Phoebe Bridgers on repeat.
