DJ Markus-Setä plays everything from old jazz, grimy 60's funk and soul to modern club rap/r&b sounds, the taste is not limited by genres or eras. He started Get Jazz -club with his friend Soul-Sami in late 2001. Now they run a monthly soul/funk night Tighten Up! at a bar called We Got Beef in the Punavuori district of Helsinki. Their second venture is the Soul Sides -club, which is aimed at developing the soul scene in Helsinki. Their radio show, Soul Sides, runs on Bassoradio every Saturday from 10 to 12 (GMT+2).
