Dezire released their first album Gryź! (“Bite!”) in 2001, which was the first soul/rhythm and blues album released in Poland. Since then, they've gone through many changes. In 2005, Ania Rusowicz (daughter of singer Ada Rusowicz) joined Maja Studzińska (band founder) and 4 musicians, instead of Karolina Stelmasiak. Dezire returned with a new album called Pięć Smaków (“Five Flavors”) the same year.
