"Rocket Ride" is the seventh studio album by the German power metal band Edguy, released on 20 January 2006. The album represents a stylistic shift from the band’s earlier work, incorporating a stronger hard rock influence alongside elements of their established power metal sound. In Europe, the album’s limited first edition was issued as a digibook. This edition included a photographic retrospective of the band featuring previously unreleased images from their early years, as well as a bonus live track, "Land of the Miracle".

Edguy is a German power metal band formed in 1992 in Fulda by Tobias Sammet, Jens Ludwig, Dominik Storch, and Dirk Sauer. The band took its name from a nickname derived from their mathematics teacher. After early rejections from record labels, Edguy independently released their first album, "Savage Poetry", in 1995.
