Formed in the last days of 2005 by Johnny Stanec and Dolus McCormick in Youngstown, OH. First IN Space was a band that mixed elements of Britpop, punk and rock'n'roll. Several lineup changes occured, and in 2008 they were joined by drummer Beau McNamee. Together the three of them formed the core of the band until their breakup. Noted for their use of harmonies and memorable hooks, they released five full-length albums over twelve years.
