American entertainers Rosemary Clooney and Gene Autry, while successful singers and actors in their own right, collaborated in 1952 on the Christmas single "The Night Before Christmas Song". Recorded June 20, 1952, in Hollywood, CA, the song was part of a double A-side with "The Window".
