Giuseppe Antonio Bernabei (Rome, 1649 - Munich, March 9, 1732) was an Italian composer. Son of Ercole Bernabei, in 1665 he succeeded his father as organist of San Luigi dei Francesi. He went to Munich with his father and in 1677 he was appointed deputy master of the court chapel. In 1688 he took over from his father in the post of choirmaster of the Bavarian court. Fifteen of his works have largely been preserved. He also wrote sacred music in traditional style. He had Meinrad Spieß as a pupil.
