The Gloo Girls were a NYC-based pop-punk band in the early 1990’s. The primary band members were: Patty Gloo (Beatrice Giovaniello), Sage LeWho (Karen LeSage) and Guitara Seven (Nicole Kennedy). They released a 7” single called “Yo Blondie” /“Barbie U.S.A.” on Dionyssus Records in 1992, which charted as # 2 on Rodney on the ROQ (WROQ, Los Angeles) within a week of its release. They signed a deal with Moving Target Records, and the CD “Attention Shoppers” was released in 1993.
