Inserta is a post-hc band, formed in Bilbao during year 2001. We are 4 friends who come from different projects such as Elfo Negro, Los Brebes, ADHoc, Capsula, Istripu, Nothum. At the first stage the band worked as a trio, we executed a hard and atmospheric rock. The formation at that time was made up by J. Matthys (6 strings and vocals), J. de Leiden (low frequencies) and M. Hoffman (drums and plates).
