Gary Duane Brown J.R ( born January 21,1987), Better known by his stage name J-Haze, is the protege to West Coast Legend Glasses Malone & also sign to Glasses Malone's "Blu Division Music" Label. J-haze was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennnsylvania in a neighborhood known as Beltzhoover (aka Da south zhoov) located on the southside of the city. Haze is what you would call a miracle baby, simply because when... he was only a couple month of age he was diagnosed with (Spinal meningitis) a deadly disease that he survived. Growing up in the streets as a well known hustler throughout the city, Haze has been rapping from the early age of 12 and has been featured on a plethora of hood mixtapes and local projects including three solo mixtape entitled (SON OF A GUN VOL.1) HOSTED BY P-CUTTA OF ROOFTOP ENT, (PITTSBURGH DRAMA VOL.1) HOSTED BY DJ CAPONE OF BLOCKBURNERS/STREETSWEEPERS ENT AND (KING OF CITY VOL.1) HOSTED BY DJ REFLECTION. Haze also shared the stage with acts like Bone Thugs N Harmony, Ludacris, Lil flip, Off spring 311 and pepper. Known for his tight punch lines, smooth style, and crisp lyrical delivery, J-Haze released an album, Digital Disaster, on Amalgam digital. Watch out for this rising star.
