J-Stars is the new band from Dutch uptempo ska hero Johan Steevens (former Beatbusters frontman). They have been around for more than 2 years and have played shows all over the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. They sing in Dutch about various things. They released two full length albums: Skadilemma (2004) and Onkruid (2006). They also released a short live-cd simply called 'Live', played at Appelpop, Tiel in 2005.
