Aadat (Urdu: عادت, literal English translation: habit) is the debut album released by Pakistani rock band, Jal in 2004. Sales of the album were such that it remained at the top of the Pakistani music charts for several weeks after its release. The album contained five songs which received Top 40 airplay in Pakistan, including "Aadat", "Lamhey", "Ik Din AyeGa", "Dil Harey", and "Teri Yaad".
