Joseph Alan Fears & The Zafaja band Was Founded In 1996 First As Just The Name ZAFAJA" However Due To The Trimendus Repore Of Joseph's CD releases The Idea came Into Light . The Zafaja band Does Include Joseph As Lead Vocalist & Bassist For The Group. But To keep The Confusion Away from His Own CD Releases Joseph & The Zafaja band Members recorded A Live CD Togather While In Concert In July 1996 & Again In 2009 With The First Cd release being Titled As " Joseph Alan Fears featuring The Zafaja band" in 1996 And The Other Was" Joseph Alan Fears & The Zafaja band (Live At Oakdale Park) Released In may 2011. However The 2009 Live recording "Retroperspectives" was Recorded On Location At A Nightclub in 2010. The Other Band Members On These 3 Cds Are Lead Guitarist-Amos Vega,Mythias Lee Wright-keyboards/Vocals,Rythem Guitarist-Clifton R Clark(Co-Founder Of The Zafaja Band) Latin Percussion & Vocals-Tevin Townsend,Drums-James Saunders, & Later Matt Mathews, Joseph Alan Fears- (multi-talented Musician) is On Bass Guitar & Lead Vocals.
