On 1st September 2012, Joe appeared on The X Factor and singing "Whole Lotta Love". He received a standing ovation and four yes's from the panel. Gary Barlow said Joe's performance was awesome. He was joined on stage by his 4 year old son Kian. More than a million people each week viewed his X Factor Youtube video.
