Lucian Moraru is a musician from Romania. After studies at the Academy of Music in Bucharest, he completed his musical education in the Netherlands and in Great Britain. In 2008 he graduate the law school at the Nicolae Titulescu University in Bucharest . He started his musical career as a member of the George Enescu Philharmonic Orchestra from Bucharest parallel with a persistent soloist and chamber musician activity.
