Alon Magen (born 8 May 1985), known professionally as Magon is an Israeli singer-songwriter and producer. Magon was born in Israel to Iraqi Jewish immigrants. At the age of 18 he joined the Israeli Army as part of a mandatory military service, which he eventually quit after 2 years by faking a mental illness. He has been living in Paris since 2009. In 2019, Magon released his first solo album Out In The Dark on the French independent label December Square. The album received mostly positive reviews.
