Formed in the yer 20XX, Mental Crutch was first known as No Idea, to battle the waves of shitty music and gay post-hardcore bands popping up across the city of Port St Lucie. And battle they did, as flannel shirt after flannel shirt fell to the pure energy of such hits as Moist Of Your Life, and Man In The Box. After a daunting confrontation against the other band called No Idea, the group was forced to change it's name to Mental Crutch.
