Via Twitter on 5/23/18, Chris Motionless responded to a question about the pride flag attached to his Tweet announcing the music video by saying “…Many of the lyrics were inspired by my personal conversations with people in the LGBT community and their feelings/struggles. That’s why the lighting is sequenced like a pride flag throughout the video.”

Motionless in White is an American heavy metal band from Scranton, Pennsylvania, formed in 2004. The current lineup includes lead vocalist Chris Cerulli, guitarists Ryan Sitkowski and Ricky Olson, drummer Vinny Mauro, and bassist Justin Morrow.
