Nabeel Shuiel (نبيل شعيل) is a Kuwaiti singer and record producer. Shuiel was born on 31 December 1961 in Kuwait City, Kuwait. He began his artistic journey in 1982 when he released his first single, Sekat Safar after performing it on a nightly Arab TV show. The song is about the happenings of a long train journey. After signing a record deal with Kuwaiti record label Dan Doon, he released his first studio album, with “Sekat Safar” being the title song.
