This is a hidden track on later pressings of "Nevermind", which plays after 10 minutes of silence after the twelfth song, "Something in the Way". The song does not get its own track, still playing on the same track (12). It's one of the more disturbing songs Nirvana has ever written, comprised mainly of screeching guitars and feedback, screaming vocals and lyrics (which changed during live shows, similar to tourette's off 1993's In Utero), and pounding drums. The song is more akin to noise rock than the grunge which they are most famous for.
