Noriyuki Kamikura (上倉紀行, born 1980, in Kanagawa, Japan) is extensively trained in game audio techniques, including classical composition, arrangements for small ensemble, conducting, synthesizer programming, keyboard performance, and recording engineering. After engaging in occasional works for TV, musical groups, and solo musicians, he joined Basiscape in 2006. He initially led the orchestration of the anime project Romeo X Juliet performed by the Eminence Symphony Orchestra.
