Our Distance is a rock band from Kaneohe, HI, and self-released their first album Cartography in 2008. Two brothers and a neighbor constitute the band: Tyler Ferge plays the drums and provides backing vocals; Tait Ferge plays the bass, keys, and provides backing vocals; and Stephen Agustin sings and plays guitar, harmonica, keys, mandolin, and the dobro. Elements of Bob Dylan, Wilco, the Decemberists, and Elliott Smith influence their music. They recorded and produced Cartography from the Ferges' house in Kaneohe.
