Raffia di:ser(ラフィアディーゼ) was a visual kei band in Tochigi. They were part of the kote kei subgenre. They were active from 1999 to 2002 and are now considered disbanded. AKIHISA, after Iris d'aile disbanded, switched from bassist to vocals and formed Raffia di:ser. Both bands mixed beautiful melodies and orthodox kote elements into a trendy turn-of-the-century style. Despite being popular locally—even selling out venues beyond capacity—they each disbanded with handfuls of unreleased songs.
