Rebekah Pulley was born in Anchorage, Alaska and began playing the guitar at the age of fifteen. She was encouraged and inspired by her father Wallace Pulley, a full time country-western musician. Wallace played, recorded and traveled the country with among others, early rock-a-billy pioneer Charlie Ryan of 'Hot Rod Lincoln' fame. Rebekah's grandmother, Ollie Pauline, traveled and played the upright bass with Tennessee Ernie Ford and such performers of the day.
