Robinet de la Magdalaine (also Robert Pelé) (c. 1415-1478) was a composer and singer. In 1447 he travelled to Rome in the entourage of Cardinal Castiglione and sung at St. Peter's, leaving later that year to return to his studies in Caen. From there he went on to appear in Brussels for Easter 1448. From 1450 to at least 1474 he was a singer at the Burgundian court. In 1460 we won a rhetoric competition at the court, out of 27 contestants.
