"The Sound of Drums" is a double album featuring the band's first greatest hits compilation on disc one, and their fourth studio album "Night of the Living Drums" on disc two - the only album to feature singer Mindi Jackson on vocals and Peter Marin on drums before Natalie Bassingthwaighte and Cameron McGlinchey re-joined the band in 2015. The album title is a reference to both a lyric from their biggest hit, "Voodoo Child", and a Doctor Who episode of the same name which features the song prominently throughout the episode.
