The former members are Kazuya, Keiichi and Tomoya. The group was formed on July 25th, 2012 under the name of "180EAST" but changed their name into SOLIDEMO on April 17th, 2013. Their name is a combination of the words "SOLID" for super cool, and "EMO" for emotional. They have a serene and dignified side, but at times sing romantic and emotional love songs, which is why they were named SOLIDEMO.
