Sam Concepcion and Tippy Dos Santos are teen pop stars from the Philippines who collaborated in 2013 to record the song "Dati" featuring Quest, a finalist in the national songwriting competition Philpop 2013. The duo eventually won the top prize after receiving the highest amount of votes in the open poll.
