Shiva Affect was one of those bands which were situated a way above the levels inhabited by the normal music listeners so only a rare aficionado could ascend to their heights. In the last century their type of music would’ve been tagged art rock but in our new millennium of post-everything it well may be considered being no less than post-rock.
