Slobodan Tišma (rođen 1946. u Staroj Pazovi) je pisac i muzičar, osnivač kultnih novotalasnih bendova Luna i La strada. Slobodan Tišma je počeo da se bavi muzikom ranih 1960-ih osnovavši par bendova koji nisu imali većeg uspeha. Povukao se iz muzike i posvetio pisanju i objavljivanju poezije u literarnim časopisima i studentskim novinama. Pošto je na njega uticala poezija Artura Remboa, često je koristio pseudonim Artur.
