The story of Sparky… St. Petersburg's Sparky's Nightmare got their name from drummer Hugh T. Williams glitter-laden devil painting on his vintage kick drum head. It was suggested by guitarist Sam Bond that Hugh's pop-art depiction of the dark one looked like he was in a bad dream sequence. Sparky's Nightmare was born.
