Starometska are an animated whirlwind of wires and shrieks. The songs abound with disconnected vignettes of schizophrenic glamour, snippets torn from Béla Bartók fused with the atonality of Glenn Branca, Starometska seek to put forth infuriated dirges and haunting elegiac spirituals of instrumental fervor.
