'Studio Sokol' osmišljen je negdje u 2012. Duo 'SISA', koji je u to vrijeme još uvijek nastupao na teritoriju Nove Rače, imao je zamisao o snimanju vlastitog materijala koji bi uključivao covere, jamove i bilo kakve muzičke ideje. To se prvi put ostvarilo u zimi iste godine kada je kod člana S snimljena prva autorska pjesma (za probu!) pod nazivom 'Polnoćka'. Pjesma govori o iskustvu lokalnog pijanca koji je Badnjak proveo ispijajući konjak s djedom Mrazom u nekoj birtiji u N. R.
