Syndrome7 weet in hun muziek de balans te vinden tussen ingewikkelde solo's en drumpartijen en een hardrockachtige simpelheid. Qua stijl wordt de band wel eens vergeleken met Slayer, System of a Down en Fear Factory. De line-up van de band is erg basic, iets wat niet erg gebruikelijk is bij metal. Zo heeft de band maar één gitarist, geen backing vocals en geen toeters en bellen, gewoon pure muziek.
