“Cigarettes Out the Window” is the third track of TV Girl’s album ”Who Really Cares”. It is inspired by and uses samples from Frankie Cosmos' song “Love Song to Jom’s Girlfriend”, which is about Frankie’s friend Liddy and her habit of smoking cigarettes out her window. In addition, it features sampled audio from the radio show Dangerously Yours, starring Victor Jory. The first episode, “Masquerade”, is sampled multiple times throughout TV Girl’s albums.
