The Magits were a short lived punk-influenced experimental group from the UK formed in late 1977, known mostly for being the first band of artist and musician Nick Blinko who's best known for his work in anarcho-punk band Rudimentary Peni. Afflicted with a morose disposition and the burning urge for non-conformity, Blinko gathered four friends and formed The Magits.
