Formed by singer, guitarist and songwriter Peter Case (who had previously fronted early new wave band The Nerves), the core lineup of the Plimsouls included Peter Case on vocals & Vox guitar, guitarist Eddie Munoz, bassist David Pahoa and drummer Lou Ramirez.
