We had some trouble placing Tom Petter’s musical origins (not to mention his origins in general, on which he replied something about arriving in Norway by submarine after his troubled birth in Uganda), but apparently he has been composing ever since a friend showed him Screamtracker (a now archaic music program based on typing in codes) in 1996.
