"Power Music" is the game and Toney Parka is the name! Born in Baltimore, MD . Influenced by the likes of A Tribe Called Quest, Public Enemy, BDP, Run-DMC and Gangstarr, Toney began his journey into Hip Hop with The Mighty RawDialect Crew! The RawD Crew released 2 CD's and appeared on numerous collaborations and mixtapes, in the US and abroad. Now on the solo tip, Mr. Parka is on the grind again.
