Biography
Towner & Town Chief (also translated as "Poet and a Village Chief" or "Urbanite and Village Head") (Korean: 시인과 촌장) is a folk band from South Korea which debuted in 1981. The band's name is derived from Seo-Yeong Eun's (서영은) novel of the same name.
