Troubles were an experimental electronic band, dabbling in lo-fi, Eno-esque ambience, with later releases showing more instrumental post-rock influences. The band formed in 2005 as a side project of Hope of the States, from whom Sam Herlihy, Michael Eran Hibbert, Mike Siddell and Simon Jones were recruited.
