New Wave is a Punk Rock and New Wave compilation LP from 1977 by Vertigo Records. It was compiled by Alan Cowderoy for Phonogram Ltd. and most of the artists were on Phonogram related labels. Most of the acts on the album were US acts, but also included were bands from the UK (The Damned), Ireland (The Boomtown Rats), France (Little Bob Story) and Australia (Skyhooks).
