The Z was formed in the fateful year of 08'. Band members include Emilio Barron, Richard Hernandez, and Eric Aranda. The main influences at that time were The Flaming Lips, Portugal. The Man, Modest Mouse. Also whatever else happened to be spinning on the record playing at that time. There was a period of basically no activity because it was believed the band was broken up.
